Torrenegra Head Hunting is looking for an Internet Advertising Phone Sales Agent to work with one of our most important clients, www.rentalo.com , the largest directory on the Internet of vacation rentals, hotels and bed and breakfasts. This person will work directly with existing clients in North America, offering them upgrades and subscription packages, but will also have to look for new clients around the world. We need a person proficient in English, interested in developing a top advertising and sales career with www.rentalo.com. ABOUT THE POSITION
The Internet Advertising Phone Sales position offers an incredible growth opportunity for individuals who are passionate to develop a sales career in e-commerce. The job entails constant phone communication with our clients and prospect clients, mostly in North America, using different tools and techniques, in order to offer them upgrades and other subscription packages according to their advertising needs.
You will be expected to perform under pressure and adapt quickly into a fast-pace small business environment.
You'll be part of an outstanding team of sales professionals as well as other professionals who are working together toward a common goal; to make Rentalo the best website in the travel and vacation rental industry.
The job will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. However, after the first few months working out of Torrenegra Offices, you will be given the option of working from home (telecommute), only if you are interested, and in accordance to our telecommuting guidelines (available upon request). You can also choose which kind of contract you'd prefer according to your needs.

REQUIREMENTS
For this position you must:
Have English proficiency (With little or no Spanish accent).
Be results oriented and persuasive.
Be a self starter, independent and motivated person.
Have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Have phone sales experience.
Be proficient with computers and Internet.
Show high level of interest in developing a sales career in e-commerce Internet technologies.
It would be nice (highly desirable) if you:
Show willingness to work from home and possess the self-discipline required to exceed job expectations with minimum supervision.
Have more than two years of sales experience.
Have a college degree
